Actividades:
"• Client Engagement: Interact with clients at various implementation stages, including on-site deployments.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect necessary data to analyze and design Way4 implementation solutions.
• Development Support: Participate in the implementation of system enhancements and customizations.
• Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of Way4 releases (Functional, Performance/Load, Integration, Regression, and UAT).
• System Handover: Oversee the transition of the implemented system into production and resolve any incidents arising during the go-live phase.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for payment system implementation projects.
• Configuration & Installation: Configure, tune, and install Way4 modules and components.
• Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis by examining application logs and system software (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux).
• Release Management: Prepare installation packages for delivered software.
• Documentation: Create and update software installation guides and technical documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, Analytics, and Development teams.
